The first Friday of every month, the Active Adults invite everyone to gather for breakfast after 8:15 a.m. liturgy to celebrate the birthdays of the month. The Active Adults group also sponsors occasional field trips.

Altar Servers


Theresa Irvin – 265-5868 A great opportunity for 4th graders and above to serve at the Celebration of the Eucharist. High school and college age parishioners are especially encouraged to serve.



Odelia Beach Birthright Office – 262-2235 Birthright is there to help any girl or woman regardless of age, race, creed, marital or economic status, who feels distressed by a pregnancy, allowing her to ask questions and explore her options without pressure and without being judged.



Consuelo Chavez – 265-5868 Opportunities are for adults and children to lead the people in joyful worship by singing, and playing musical instruments.

Eucharistic Ministers, Lectors, and Commentators


Theresa Bennett-265-5868 As extraordinary ministries of the Holy Eucharist, you can distribute Holy Communion during Mass or Proclaim the Word of God and introduce the Mass intentions and announcements.




Pat Abbott- 265-5868 Cheerfully welcome people to the Celebration of the Eucharist and make visitors feel at home in our Parish.

Holy Name Society


Collin Martinez – 265-5868 The purpose of the Society is to give public devotion and honor to the Holy Name of Jesus, and provide for the spiritual growth and enrichment of the men of the Parish 18 years of age and older. The Corporate Mass is held at 10:00 a.m. the third Sunday of each month and a meeting follows.

Legion of Mary


Frances Holmes – 265-5868 This is an international organization ministering to the spiritual needs of the Parish community. The group meets every Monday after the 8:15 a.m. mass in Fatima-Gallagher Hall, Room 1.


Ministry of Care / Outreach


Mary Ann Lopez – 265-5868 The home-bound Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion bring the Body of Christ to the parishioners who cannot attend the Celebration of the Eucharist. This helps to strengthen the bonds of love between all of the People of God.

St. Vincent de Paul


Margaret M. Trace – 265-5868 Dedicated to helping the poor with food, clothing, rent, and other necessities. Meetings are held the fourth Sunday of every month at 11:00 a.m.



Currently Vacant- 265-5868 Welcome the people of the Celebration of the Eucharist and offer support by assisting in seating, taking up offerings, distributing the bulletins and newspapers.

Women’s Guild


Gina Joyner -265-5868

A Bedrock Parish organization providing every type of help to the Parish community.  Meetings are held on the third Sunday of each month at 11:00 AM in Fatima Gallagher Hall, Room 2 from September through May.
